The Corporate/M&A practice of Pels Rijcken has a long-standing track record in corporate transactions in the public domain, such as privatizations and public-private partnerships. Over the past years we have expanded our services to a wide range of corporate clients and financial institutions, both nationally and internationally. At Pels Rijcken we recognize that our clients face complex challenges and require integrated solutions. We combine in depth legal knowledge with our understanding of business needs and are always sensitive to the interests of other stakeholders that might affect our client’s position. We aim to build long term relationships with our clients, based on mutual trust.
The Corporate/M&A practice group has vast M&A capabilities, but our expertise also extends to joint ventures, restructurings, (private equity) investments and corporate governance matters. Our professionals work closely together with our in house civil law notaries, competition experts and, if required, with specialists from other practice or industry groups within Pels Rijcken. Our firm has a leading position in some of the regulated markets (like Energy, Telecom and Healthcare) which also gives our Corporate/M&A practice group a competitive edge. Pels Rijcken is a fully independent law firm; we are used to teaming up with other advisors and foreign lawyers of choice.
